When should I take HERO RAGE?
20–30 minutes before your workout. This gives the caffeine time to peak in your bloodstream exactly when you start training — so you feel it from rep one, not the last set.
Can I take it every day?
We recommend 3–4 times per week max. Daily use builds caffeine tolerance fast, meaning you'll need more for the same effect. Every 2–3 months, take a 1-week break to reset your sensitivity.
What is the tingling sensation from Beta-Alanine?
Completely normal and harmless — it's called paresthesia. It passes within minutes. If it bothers you, split the dose or mix with more water.
Can I take it on an empty stomach?
You can, but caffeine hits harder on an empty stomach and may cause nausea in some people. If that's you, eat something light (banana, oats) 45–60 minutes before and then take your pre-workout.
Can I combine it with coffee?
Not recommended. HERO RAGE already contains 200mg caffeine per scoop. Adding coffee on top can push you into uncomfortable territory — anxiety, rapid heartbeat, poor sleep.
Will it affect my sleep?
Yes, if taken too late. Caffeine has a half-life of 5–6 hours. If you sleep at 23:00, don't take it after 17:00. For morning or afternoon training, it won't affect your sleep at all.
Can I stack it with creatine or whey?
Yes — HERO RAGE already contains 1000mg Creatine HCl. You can still add 5g of pure creatine monohydrate on top for full saturation. Whey protein is best taken post-workout, not mixed with pre-workout.

Refunds
