Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you choose, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If you ordered multiple items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

The fastest way: use our online withdrawal form:

After you submit it, you'll receive an automatic email confirming we received your request, with instructions for sending the item back.

You can also withdraw by sending us any clear statement, for example an email to official@humbleunderdogs.com, or by using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your request before the 14-day period ends.

Sending the item back

Please send the item back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
  • We may hold the refund until we receive the item back, or until you send us proof that you have shipped it, whichever happens first.
  • The refund goes to the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll refund by bank transfer to an IBAN you provide.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we only refund the cost of the standard option.
  • Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund on your account.

Condition of returned items

You can inspect and try on items the way you would in a store. Please don't wear clothing for training, wash it, or remove the tags, and send items back in their original packaging where possible.

If an item shows use beyond what's needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount for the reduced value from your refund.

Exceptions: items that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as supplements, protein, food and protein bars whose seal has been opened. Unopened, sealed products can be returned normally.
  • Custom or personalized products, such as a t-shirt with a custom name.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free.

  1. Contact us at official@humbleunderdogs.com (or on Viber or Instagram) and tell us which item you want instead, or use the online form.
  2. We send a courier with your new item.
  3. The courier hands you the new package and collects the old item (just put it in a bag).

Exchanges are a service we offer in addition to your legal right of withdrawal. You can always choose a refund instead.

Uncollected packages (BoxNow / ACS)

If your order comes back to us because it wasn't collected (for example, it stayed in a BoxNow locker too long or ACS couldn't deliver it), we'll contact you and you can choose:

  • Resend: we ship it again, and you cover the new shipping cost (€3.50 for BoxNow, or the applicable ACS rate).
  • Refund: we refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, minus the cost of returning the parcel to us (€3.50 for BoxNow, or the applicable ACS rate).

Defective, damaged or wrong items: legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) under EU and Greek consumer law.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly.
