Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Use our online form or email official@humbleunderdogs.com with your order number.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Cancelling after your order has shipped

If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it. It is then handled as a withdrawal under our Withdrawal & Refund Policy:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving any reason.
  • We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost.
  • The cost of returning the parcel to us is paid by you.

If you refuse the delivery or don't collect the parcel, we will contact you, as described in our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Pre-orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, meaning they are not yet in stock and will ship at a later date shown on the product page.

  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
  • Once your pre-order is delivered, you have the same 14-day right of withdrawal as with any other order.
  • If the shipping date changes, we'll inform you by email. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription with regular deliveries:

  • You can cancel at any time from the link in your order confirmation email, from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date, and you won't be charged again.
  • If your subscription renews automatically, we'll remind you by email before each renewal.
  • Your 14-day right of withdrawal starts from the delivery of your first shipment.
  • Products from past deliveries follow our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery (supplements, protein, food) or to personalized products, as described in our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.
