Dont send any without informing us of any item for exchange, we gonna send you the changed item you want. Here is our method: I'll send you a package again with the new item you want, the courier comes, gives you the new package and takes the clothing you don't want from you (put it in a bag), the exchange is done hand in hand at no cost to you, it's free.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
