RETURN POLICY


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

We accept returns only for:

  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Items damaged in transit

I Want to Cancel My Order – What to Do;


You can cancel your order within 2 hours or before we packed your order or check your order status for “pending payment” or “processing”.

If you made a payment and cancel your order before we give it to the courier we will refund you asap.
The amount of money you will receive IS BOTH PRODUCT + SHIPPING COST within 5 business days (if there is extra banking cost for a direct transfer from our bank to yours those expenses are covered by you).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
From the time we shipped your order and it’s in your way we cannot cancel your order.
After you received your package You can ask for an exchange or refund.

Package has Damaged Item/Manufacturing Defect – What to Do;


All T-Shirts go through a quality control check before being sent to you.
If the T-Shirt has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture verification and emailing us directly with your order number.
When we read your email we will reply to you giving you instructions to follow.

I Want to Return the Product – What to Do;


In case when you received the package from the courier WITHIN 14 days after the shipped date you have the right to a return and refund or exchange.
To start a return and refund, you will be sent us a refund mail to us first.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not from the product condition.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Doesn’t Fit Me, I Want Exchange – What to Do;


You open the package and try the new T-shirt in the size of your choice and doesn’t fit you;


You will be sending us an exchange mail to us first.
When we read your email we will reply to you giving you instructions to follow.
The return of the product that doesn’t fit you is mandated, and we cover the shipping cost.
Our way for you to send the item that doesn’t fit you and we sending you the new is by exchange when the courier came to your door.
